The Telstra Launch Calendar App displays internal marketing / product initiatives that are categorized by Telstra business areas. The end users of the app include CXOs and other senior leadership teams in Telstra. The main objective of the app is to illustrates all initiatives that are in progress and their statuses in a single view.
The user is able to view the start and end date of an initiative, priority and potentially an alert if the initiative is heavily delayed. The app displays all initiatives within a 12 month period (4 quarters), where the user is able to manipulate the date range. Details from any initiatives can be updated by the owner or those that have been granted authorisation.
